Online Transactions Eligibility:

According to Australian law, eligibility for a refund is contingent upon the cancellation of the application fee within 14 days from the date of purchase, specifically applicable to online transactions.

All monetary transactions on our site are securely facilitated through the payment gateway partner, and AVS Global disclaims any responsibility for potential payment discrepancies.

Documenting Transaction Details:

Users are required to retain and document their Transaction ID and receipt number issued by the payment gateway. These details are crucial for tracking payment status or providing necessary information.

Refund Process:

  1. Contact our student support team promptly at support@avsglobal.com.au within the 14-day period.
  2. Visit our designated Refund Request Support Website and complete the refund request form.
  3. Provide all necessary details, including the Transaction ID and receipt number, to facilitate the refund process.
  4. Our dedicated team will thoroughly review your request and guide you through the subsequent steps.

Refund Conditions:

  • Refunds are processed only if the cancellation request is submitted within the stipulated 14-day period from the transaction date.
  • Refunds are credited back to the original payment method.
  • Any services utilized during the 14-day period will be prorated and deducted from the overall refund amount.

Cash Payments:

Please note that we do not accept cash payments for any transactions. All payments must be made through the designated online payment methods.
